The West African Examinations Council has announced that candidates who request to print their certificates from the internet will do so via waecng.org, starting from those who sit for GCE 2017.
The announcement was revealed on WAEC website specifying that request for certificate printing “will be done electronically via www.waecng.org”, a diversion from the the present webiste, waecnigeria.org.Recall that WAEC announced charging extra fee for candidates who delays in requesting for certificates, sur-charging candidates the longer they dely in claiming for their certificates.
Stating that the sale of forms is still ongoing, WAEC also outlined 28 July as closing date for WASSCE 2017 for Private candidate, otherwise known as WAEC GCE.
It is pertinent to note another vita information to candidates from WAEC warns that candidates are to make necessary ammendment on their date of birth as the exam body will no longer entertain such request once the results is released.
